Tasting 'Maridatge de vins i caves amb xocolata'

Chocolate and wine have more in common than it seems. The origin and variety of the cocoa and the grapes, and the differences in the fermentation and production processes, result in two highly complex products. Aromas, flavours and nuances come together in a distinctive tasting that complements DO Penedès wines and cavas with bean-to-bar chocolates crafted in the workshop of the Foundation of the Pastry Guild.

The activity includes an admission ticket for a self-guided visit to the museum before or after the workshop.
