Two dancers... and a paella. These are the three main characters in a piece rooted in folk culture, that is, everything that unites and defines us. The members of this company set out on a poetic journey back to origins and tradition and found their way there through something as everyday and as deeply rooted in Valencian culture as paella. As you will see, this choreographic piece follows the three stages in every paella: the preparation, the cooking and the moment of eating and enjoying it. It all comes from a company founded in 2007 by Asun Noales in search of new visual and dramaturgical poetics. We hope you enjoy it!
