Marine biology. The exhibition explores the biology, diversity and ecological importance of sharks through displays, installations and experiences that challenge common misconceptions and reveal surprising facts.
They have dominated the world's oceans for 450 million years. They have survived five mass extinctions and remain essential to the balance of marine ecosystems.
Sharks brings us closer to these widely misunderstood animals.The exhibition explores their evolution, diversity and vital role in maintaining the balance of marine ecosystems.
The exhibition features ten life-size models of iconic species, tactile exhibits, interactive displays and an oceanarium specially designed for the occasion. Together, these elements offer different ways to discover sharks’ anatomy, diversity and behaviour.
