Musical theatre. A reflection on grief, the ways we have of handling it and how we can use new technologies to ease the pain.
Synopsis
We’re the first generation with a digital footprint. What we love and what we detest, the places we go to, what catches our eye because it interests us all make up a database for us where patterns are repeated. Thanks to this, our experiences take on a new meaning. If changing the way we relate to each other changes our memories, our affective relationships change, we change and the world changes. And death? And the last threshold that separates existence from non-existence? Are we able to assume the hazards of a virtual reality?
Ultimately, the question of death takes us to a dilemma that came about in the 20th century and now opens up to us an infinite spectrum: what is human? And what are the limits of what we call human?
