Performing arts. Mental health, sexuality, gender, LGBTIQ+ rights and identity are the main themes for the festival.
The 20th edition of the RBLS Festival Teatre Jove is being held from 8 to 23 November, the aim being to continue bringing the performing arts closer to young and teenage audiences.
The initiative defines itself as a feminist, LGBTIQ+ and anti-racist project which, under the conviction of the transformational power of performing arts and their role as a mechanism for denunciation, seeks to discover new spaces for young people, with projects that connect with their interests and concerns, also getting them involved in stage creation processes.
The RBLS is devoting this year’s programme to topics linked with mental health, sexuality, gender, LGBTIQ+ rights, identity and more.
