Fitness. A day of outdoor sport, fitness and fun, free and open to everyone. Registration is open!
The Fitness Festival will be taking place on Wednesday 24 September at 10 am at the Moll de la Fusta wharf.
The session includes:
- 30 minutes of animation and warm-up activities
- A 45-minute gentle fitness class led by an instructor
- Music, great atmosphere and a shared experience in an iconic setting.
The Fitness Festival is accessible and inclusive: it forms part of the Barcelona Esport Inclou programme and is designed to ensure people with reduced mobility are able to participate, with adapted choreographies and a reserved area in front of the stage.
It is free to take part, with prior booking required.
