Theatre. A comedy based on taking on the part of Satanàs in ‘Els Pastorets’.

Synopsis

Christmas is coming. Two friends arrange to meet at the Artistic Circle in the municipality at 7.30 pm. For some years now they have been playing the archangel Sant Miquel and the demon Satanàs in a local production there of the Catalan Christmas classic, Els Pastorets.

The one who plays Satanàs won’t be able to take part this year: he’s just had an appeal turned down and has to do some time in jail. He asks his friend to replace him. But his friend finds it difficult to be the bad guy. The veteran shows him what he has to do to bring out all the evil he needs to play the part of the demon properly.
