Synopsis

Isidra is the warmth of the fireplace and an ice-cream in the middle of the afternoon, but she is also the tradition of Easter and a recital of the Rosary before going to bed.

Making fiction of human tragedy is the best way of overcoming pain, the grief of a mother or all the mothers that Isidra has been.

How long do you need to construct the memory of your whole life? How long does oblivion need to bury memory? How long does the dust of a memory take to crumble and become nothing more than....events?

Isidra gets senile dementia and gradually forgets until she dies. We write about a fractured memory of a woman who was never able to be happy, and we explore the everyday life of a family: The boy looks for everything that links him to the “mother” to be able to fulfil her last wish, if that's possible, and this way reconstruct her story.
