Synopsis
We join the protagonist on the night before he is due to undergo heart surgery with an uncertain outcome. Through this situation, we discover the inner world of a man who has spent his whole life selling newspapers in a kiosk near a convention centre in a small seaside town. The confessions that the newspaper seller makes to his hospital room-mate lay bare the torments of a soul who, little by little, reveals the most turbulent parts of an apparently anodyne life which in fact has plenty of shady areas that the spectator can identify with.
