Gastronomy. Under the slogan “(Re)pensem la restauració” [Rethinking hospitality], the fair will focus on the new generations of chefs, the transformative power of cookery and Catalan cuisine.

The Gastronomic Forum Barcelona, which is being held from 4 to 6 November at the Fira de Barcelona Montjuïc venue, is the leading fair this autumn for the gastronomy, hospitality and food service sector.

The fair will bring together 350 exhibitors in an edition where food experts and chefs from across the globe will be analysing the changes the sector is facing, which are forcing us to ‘rethink hospitality’, through a series of talks, cooking demonstrations and debates.

A new feature this year will be exhibitors from the pizza sector. The Gastronomic Forum Barcelona will be hosting the Spain Pizza by Passion Championship which will award prizes for the skill and creativity of the best pizza chefs from the sector in Spain. Baked goods and patisserie will also play a leading role at the fair.
