Opera. New this year, the festival is offering two performances of a newly created family show designed for young children and their families. It is a magical story inspired by the works of Mozart.

Òpera amb Gràcia is a mid-scale opera festival held in the heart of the Gràcia neighbourhood and the city of Barcelona.

Its aim is to break opera out of its traditional mould and make the genre more contemporary and accessible to all audiences, especially young people.

This year, the festival focuses on Mozart with a semi-staged gala, Tot Mozart, a tribute to the great composer featuring a carefully curated selection of arias and duets from some of his most celebrated operas.

As in previous years, the festival presents one of the most important operas in history, but in a reduced version: this year, it is Le Nozze di Figaro by W. A. Mozart. This semi-staged production by Maria Voronkova features soloists, choir and piano, with musical direction by maestro Guerassim Voronkov.

A major new feature for 2025 is the introduction of two performances of a newly created family show designed for young children and their families. It tells a magical story inspired by the works of Mozart.
