Theatre. A take on Zorrila's drama, starring Andreu Buenafuente and Sílvia Abril.
Synopsis
After two seasons, El Tenoriu reaffirms its original intention: to regain the popular imagination of Don Juan Tenorio that Joan Capri and Mary Santpere turned into an autumn theatre tradition during the 70s and update it through contemporary humour, satire and the unique hallmark of EL TERRAT.
With dramaturgy by Israel Solà, El Tenoriu revisits José Zorrilla’s classic with a popular and comic perspective, maintaining the link with a tradition that filled Barcelona’s theatres around All Saints’ Day for years.
