Synopsis

In his signature style of dark, macabre and absurd humour, Martin McDonagh transports us to a dilapidated hotel in a small American town. We meet Carmichael, a man who has spent twenty-seven years obsessed with finding the hand he lost when he was a boy. He has arranged to meet a young couple of small-time hustlers who claim to have his mummified hand and are willing to sell it to him. But when the eccentric hotel clerk gets caught up in the situation, everything spirals out of control. And just when you think things can’t get any worse… they do.
