Interested in design and making your own pockets? Disseny Hub Barcelona has prepared an activity that will start with a visit to the fashion exhibition Dressing the Body.
Silhouettes and fashion (1550-2015)
, for discovering how long pockets have been around for and the forms they have taken so far.Then, surrounded by fabrics, threads and lots of skill, visitors can play dressmaker in the workshop, designing and manufacturing their own customised pocket.
The activity takes place on Sundays at 11:30 am (except 28 December).
Duration: 2 hours.
