Synopsis

La venganza de Don Mendo is a caricature work by Pedro Muñoz Seca set in 12th century medieval Spain during the reign of Alfonso VII of León and Castile. It was first performed at the Teatre de la Comedia de Madrid on 20 December 1918 and soon became a big hit.
