19th Modernista Fair and Barcelona Trade Fair

Catalan Modernism. This year’s fair is devoted to the soprano Conxita Badia i Millàs and to the composer, pianist and writer Maria Lluïsa Ponsa.

The 19th edition of the Modernista Fair and Barcelona Trade Fair is being held in C/ Bruc, between Avinguda Diagonal and C/ Consell de Cent, and in the central lane of Avinguda Diagonal between C/Bruc and C/ Girona from 23 to 25 May.

The fair will be presented at the Casa Elizalde on 20 May, with a lecture a recital of the works of Conxita Badia i Millàs and Maria Lluïsa Ponsa.

Modernista stalls from far and wide and stalls run by artisans and traders associated with Coreixample, a previously unseen dance and artistic expression show, a classic car parade, the manned model train and a number of Modernista routes are just some of the activities you’ll find in the programme.
